When you install Vasooly on your Shopify store, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information: Shop domain, email address, and active subscription status.
• Order Information: We read order details to generate discount codes via the Shopify API.
• Customer Information: We store minimal customer identifiers (such as email or ID) solely for tracking follow-on purchases and discount redemption.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only to provide and improve the Vasooly service. Specifically:

• To issue unique compensation discount codes to your customers.
• To track discount redemptions and comeback order revenue.
• To provide you with analytics and insights on the dashboard.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or store data to any third parties.

3. Data Deletion and GDPR

We strictly comply with Shopify's GDPR webhooks:

• CUSTOMERS_REDACT: If a customer requests removal, we delete their associated data from our records within 48 hours.
• SHOP_REDACT: When you uninstall Vasooly and 48 hours pass, we permanently delete your shop's data, including issuance history.
• CUSTOMERS_DATA_REQUEST: You can request a copy of a customer's data stored by us at any time.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including secured database encryption, to ensure your shop and customer details are kept confidential. All data transfer happens over HTTPS, and OAuth access tokens are securely managed.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any major changes via the app dashboard.
