By installing and using the Vasooly Shopify App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the App immediately.
Vasooly is a Shopify application that allows merchants to issue one-time discount codes from the Shopify admin interface and tracks the subsequent redemption and return revenue driven by these codes.
Usage of Vasooly may be subject to fees as outlined in our pricing tiers. All billing is strictly handled securely through Shopify's Application Billing API. We do not store or process your credit card directly.
Each billing tier has set limits on the number of discount compensation codes you can issue. If you exceed the grace period limits, you will be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier to continue issuing codes.
Vasooly relies on the Shopify API to create discount codes and retrieve order data. We cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions, revenue losses, or issues caused by Shopify API downtime or unexpected changes in Shopify’s infrastructure. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location or elsewhere.
